KSR Foam and Technical Products LLC is hiring a full-time Stencilist / Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Garden Grove, CA . In this role, you will mark manufactured parts using stencil spray ink , assist with packaging finished parts , and help ensure products meet quality standards before shipping. No experience required we will train the right candidate.
Pay
$18.00 $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Additional Compensation
- Shipping bonus eligibility based on performance, attendance, scrap etc
- Overtime opportunities available
Monday Friday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Must be available for:
- Overtime as needed
- Occasional Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Apply stencil markings to fabricated parts using spray ink
- Assist with packaging and boxing approved finished parts
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Basic measurement skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands and fingers
- Exposure to machine noise, moving equipment, dust, and debris
- Stable MondayFriday schedule
