Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

Wash and sanitize pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Operate dish machine and follow proper dishwashing procedures

Keep floors clean and dry, including sweeping and mopping as needed

Take out trash, recycling, and cardboard; break down boxes and maintain waste areas

Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen and dining areas

Support the culinary team with additional utility tasks as needed

Follow all safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines

Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, supportive environment

Schedule: Monday- Friday 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.

Additional hours may be available for events and weekends with advanced notice given.

Pay Type: $19.00 Hourly

Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.

Rotate products in inventory.

Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.

Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.

Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.

Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.

Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.

Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.

Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
