responsibilities:

• Lead environmental due diligence and acquire necessary permits and approvals on behalf of Our Client.
• Uphold rigorous compliance standards across site acquisition, facility design, and construction phases.
• Manage the development and on-time delivery of complex environmental permits for new data centers.
• Collaborate directly with Our Client's internal legal, design, construction, and operations teams to achieve desired outcomes.
