• Construction Transactions & Litigation: 3+ years in construction contracts and litigation
• Emerging Companies & Venture Capital: 2–4 years transactional experience
• Employment Litigation: 5+ years of employment litigation; Oregon Bar preferred
• Government Contracts: 3–6 years advising on federal procurement and grants
• Labor: 4–6 years in labor relations and workplace disputes
• Mergers & Acquisitions: 3–5 years supporting M&A transactions
