Class A CDL Drivers Wanted – Dedicated Account - New Grad Welcome!!

Just finished driving school and ready to hit the road. We're looking for motivated Class A CDL drivers to join our team! Whether you're a recent graduate or already have experience, this is a solid opportunity to build a long-term driving career. Join a professional driving team that values consistency, safety, and respect for your time on the road. We offer dependable freight, competitive pay, and a schedule that gets you home daily/Nightly

Job Details .

53' Reefer Trailers with a Dedicated Grocery Account
100% touch freight
Home Daily
The driver must be willing to drive during the day/night/weekends
Local slip seat, driver assist, multi stop deliveries
Average 1100 miles a week.

Pay/Benefits

.56/cpm to .61/cpm depending on experience.
$55.00 unload pay per trailer w/Electric Pallet Jack
$20 first stop pay - $15 each stop after.
New drivers will complete 4-6 weeks of OTR training with a mentor
Trainee Pay $650.00/week
$1300 - $1400 average weekly pay.
Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL (21+)
Graduated from accredited driving school and completed 120+ hrs
Strong safety record
Professional work history with minimal gaps
No recent safety-related employment issues
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (urine & hair)
