Project Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Project Finance Associate to join their team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in project finance, with a focus on sponsor-side transactions. This role offers significant opportunities for advancement and leadership within a growing team. Duties Manage closings for project finance and acquisition finance transactions. Draft and review credit, cash waterfall, and security documentation. Conduct due diligence for large renewable and conventional power projects. Prepare bid and commitment papers for infrastructure and energy projects. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in project finance at a top-tier law firm. Familiarity with ISDA, EEI, and similar documentation. Experience with tax equity financings and other renewable energy financings. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
