Role Description The Customer Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, NY, focused on supporting customers throughout the print management process. In this role, the specialist responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals, providing clear information on products, services, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, tracking projects, resolving issues, coordinating with internal production and sales teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests. The specialist helps maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively communicating updates, troubleshooting concerns, and guiding customers through Pixos Anytime and other digital tools. This position also contributes feedback to improve processes and supports a consistent, professional customer experience aligned with Pixos Prints quality and integrity standards.
Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage orders professionally.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills, focused on building trust, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring positive interactions.
• Strong Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills, including active listening and concise, respectful responses.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and web-based portals for order entry and project tracking.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests and deadlines accurately.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, logistics) in a fast-paced print environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in printing, manufacturing, or a similar B2B/B2C setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
