Overview Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and implement a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants. Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns including crafting strategies, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, and measuring results. Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community. Coordinate and advertise promote recruiting events. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like virtual and on-site career fairs or on-campus recruiting events. Generate monthly updates for organization's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition marketing initiatives. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition marketing metrics. Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement. Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruiting industry. The Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist SkillBridge trainee will assist Maximus recruitment marketing teams in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. The trainee will support employer branding initiatives, recruitment event promotion, graphics creation, social media management, landing pages audits, copy-writing, digital ads management and reporting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. Program Details Length of Program: 6 months Total Number of Weeks: 24 weeks Week 1-2: Orientation & Fundamentals — Understand Maximus, recruitment marketing basics, and core concepts Week 3-22: Campaign Planning & Execution — Support planning and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns Week 3-22: Content & Creative — Collaboration to develop marketing content and campaign assets Week 3-22: Digital Advertising Platforms — Gain hands-on experience with digital and social advertising platforms Week 3-22: Email Nurtures — Support creation and execution of nurture campaigns Week 3-22: Recruitment Event Promotion — Support promotion of hiring events across channels Week 3-22: Performance & Analytics — Learn tracking, reporting, and performance measurement Week 3-22: Optimization & Testing — Assist in campaign optimization and A/B testing Week 3-22: Stakeholder Collaboration — Work with recruiters and cross-functional partners Week 3-22: Career Website — Assist with landing pages and career site updates Week 3-22: New Platforms & Tools — Explore and support new tools and platforms Week 3-22: Compliance & Brand Consistency — Ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards Week 3-22: Industry Research — Trends and competitive insights Week 3-22: Continuous Improvement — Identify and propose improvements EEO & Benefits Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
