Five Star Roofing and Construction is a leading roofing company with opportunities in sales. We are looking for a few ambitious go-getters with door to door experience to generate new business in the ever-growing Central, North Central and Southwest Florida markets. This position is critical as it is the first contact with the customer in our sales process. With the team support and processes we have in place to support the salesperson & customer, there is less project management, production and collections for the sales team to focus on. This leaves you more time to focus on acquiring additional customers and delivering a 5-Star experience.

Work for a quality company that is debt free, builds quickly (30 Days or less) and pays commission on all collected revenue.

What we offer:

• Income potential between from 85k-200k
• $2,500 monthly draw Commission + Gas Card and Company Truck

What we Require of our Sales Reps:

• Actively engage and sell customers solutions that create a great, 5 Star Experience.
• This is an outside sales position that requires a lot of walking.
• Ability to work independently but still take direction.
• Actively collaborate with your peers and sales leaders through various avenues, including regular training.
• You may have to work hours in the evening and at times on Saturdays as sales opportunities are created.
• Perform inspections on residential homes. This will require climbing a ladder, as such, you must have the ability to set up and climb a ladder and spend large amounts of time each day on your feet outside during various weather conditions.
• You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder and other tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Door to Door sales experience a plus
