Customer Services Representative

As a Clinic Services Rep at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, you will be a central figure in our ambulatory clinic, ensuring every patient feels respected and comfortable through seamless coordination and attentive service. Responsibilities Expertly manage calls, schedule appointments, room patients, and coordinate daily schedules. Process revenue, communicate test results, and address patient concerns. Leverage the Virginia Mason Production System to enhance efficiency and patient safety. Qualifications Six months of customer service or medical setting experience, or an Associate degree. Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude. Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients, and physicians. Preferred Knowledge of medical terminology.
