Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel Private Client Services Associate Attorney in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration, joining a national team renowned for handling complex estate matters and tax planning.

Duties

• Assist individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques.
• Create and administer family offices and modify trusts.
• Administer complex estates and plan for business interests and unique assets.
• Analyze complex transfer tax issues and handle tax controversies.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An LL.M. in tax is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
