Senior Producer

Facilitate, support and/or lead the pre- production, production, and post-production of highly effective videos. Assist with and communicate with senior leadership about video production and post-production, within a corporate environment Pay Range 90000.00 - 95000.00 USD per year Duties & Responsibilities Oversee all phases of video production including budgets, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery of small to large size projects Coordinates logistics of on-location and studio shoots Establish timelines, assigns resources, tracks capacity, and overseeing quality control Works with video editors to distribute files for media distribution Collaborates with Business Affairs on talent estimates and completion reports Interface with client and client staff Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project Work closely with vendors in overall production support for each project Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Well organized and able to manage multiple assignments with varying deadlines Thrives in a fast-paced environment Fully capable of managing video projects on time and on budgetingCommand of modern digital video production/post-production, equipment, and processes Ability to motivate employees and peers through change Critical and strategic thinker Innovator – process, skill sets, future industry trends Ability to work effectively with senior management and production colleagues in a corporate environment Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills Customer service orientation; professional presence and superior client relationship skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Video/Film Production or related field is required or 10+ years of practical video/media production experience in lieu of degree Customer Service Commitment TeamPeople, a division of System One, is an organization dedicated to providing superior customer service.
