We're building something long-term, and we want pharmacists who want to grow with it.Position Overview:We are seeking a full-time sterile compounding pharmacist with experience in both non-sterile and sterile compounding to support and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values quality, compliance, and teamwork - and who wants to be part of a pharmacy where their expertise truly matters.You will work closely with pharmacy leadership, technicians, and lab staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily pharmacy operations in compliance with state and federal regulationsVerify and check non-sterile and sterile compounded prescriptions for accuracy, quality, and patient safetySupport sterile and non-sterile compounding workflow as neededCounsel patients and communicate with prescribers when necessarySupervise, support, and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and compounding staffEnsure adherence to USP <795> , <797> , and <800> standardsMaintain accurate documentation, logs, and quality assurance recordsParticipate in inventory management, ordering, and medication handlingContribute to SOP adherence, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability and excellenceQualifications:Active Michigan Pharmacist LicenseExperience with non-sterile compoundingExperience with sterile compoundingStrong understanding of USP standards and regulatory complianceExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in a 503A compounding pharmacyComfort working in a growing, fast-paced environmentInterest in expanded responsibility or leadership growth over timeWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation with performance bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time offEmployee discountsA consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekendsA supportive, growth-oriented environmentClear opportunity for professional growth as the pharmacy continues to expandPlease do not call the pharmacy directly regarding applications.
