Intern (Process Improvement) - Goodyear, AZ CEVA Logistics is looking for an intern in process improvement. The internship is 10–12 weeks, paid, and hybrid. Interns will work on improving inbound production rate and quality, outbound compliance, and work methods. Responsibilities Improve inbound production rate and quality within the production process. Improve outbound compliance and work methods in outbound processing. Implement process cost and service improvements in assigned inbound and outbound operations. Learn the 3‑party logistics management process. Spend 70–80% of the internship on the warehouse floor. Qualifications Juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, business, operations management or a related field. Minimum 2.8 GPA. Proof of right to work in the United States. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence. Fast learner, proactive, and willing to bring innovative solutions.
