About the role We are seeking a full-time ongoing Quality Coordinator to join our growing team at our facility in Landsdale. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement by auditing processes, analysing data, resolving quality issues and generating practical, waste-reducing solutions that strengthen product and operational performance. Qualifications, skills & experience Previous experience in a Quality Coordinator or similar quality-focused role, or an Engineering graduate looking to start their career. Demonstrated proficiency in quality control standards, continuous improvement methodologies, and ISO management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interpret data and drive informed decision-making. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities. Proven ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams and functions. Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications and quality management systems to support compliance, reporting, and process improvement. Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and specifications. Responsibilities Conduct regular product and process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and Australian and State Government standards. Conduct quality inspections and verification checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. Identify, document, investigate and manage product and process non-conformances in accordance with company quality procedures. Champion standard work practises, continuous improvement initiatives and eliminating waste. Analyse quality data, generate reports, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with production, engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Support production teams in driving and maintaining best practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Read and interpret technical drawings, developing a strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Perform remedial repairs and finishing works on precast concrete panels, ensuring all treatments meet quality, structural, and aesthetic standards. Idea generation; explore new concepts, challenge existing assumptions, and contribute fresh, practical solutions to business problems.
