Supervise and support CNAs to ensure exceptional resident care
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Maintain accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges
Conduct daily rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
Promote a safe, clean, and comforting environment
Active LPN license in Illinois
Ability to meet state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
A genuine passion for senior care
