Diehl Kia of Beaver is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our service department. Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, customer-friendly manner
Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair progress
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery

Qualifications:

Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Computer proficiency and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
