Bilingual Front Desk Administrator/Recruiter
Location: Ashland, VA
Pay-rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Epic Personnel Partners is looking for a professional, energetic, and highly organized Bilingual Front Desk Administrator to join our Ashland branch.
This is a fast-paced staffing office where you will be one of the first points of contact for applicants, employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, comfortable multitasking, and able to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish .
This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing, or Office Administration who wants to grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist applicants, employees, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, texts, and general employee inquiries.
- Assist walk-in applicants throughout the application and hiring process.
- Support recruiters with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding and orientation.
- Complete and organize employment documentation and personnel files.
- Assist with background checks, drug screenings, E-Verify/I-9 documentation, and other pre-employment requirements .
- Help employees with questions regarding schedules, assignments, attendance, paychecks, and general employment information.
- Communicate job opportunities, start dates, shift information, dress-code requirements, and workplace expectations to employees.
- Maintain accurate employee and applicant information through data entry and staffing systems.
- Assist with timekeeping, payroll-related documentation, timesheets, and employee records when needed.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, emails, and other administrative materials.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters, branch management, onsite teams, and client locations.
- Follow up with candidates and employees regarding missing documents, appointments, orientations, and work assignments.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office.
- Provide general administrative support to the branch and assist with other operational needs as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish – Required
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing/recruiting environment .
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential employee information.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable communicating with a high volume of applicants and employees throughout the day.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems .
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or office administration is a plus , but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
