Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Solutions: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic care that addresses each patient's needs.
• Educate Patients and their Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy practices that will further their progress in the comfort of their homes.
• Document and Evaluate Progress: Keep meticulous records of clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring optimal patient progress.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Opportunities for continuing education and post-graduate certifications are highly supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Required NBCOT certification
