Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team and help reduce wait times for our community. If you're looking for a chance to make a significant impact in a market with a shortage of Rheumatologists, this is it!

Position Highlights:

Practice Type: Inpatient/Outpatient integrated within a hospital setting
Group Size: Joining 1 other Rheumatologist with support from a local orthopedic group
Patient Volume: 18-20 office visits/day. Up to 32+/day.
Schedule: Full-time; Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm
Call Schedule: No after-hours or weekend calls required
Support Staff: Robust team including MAs, LPN, RN, and NP
Facilities: Modern office space attached to the hospital with lab and X-ray services nearby

Financial Package:

Employment Type: Employed position with high-income potential
Compensation: $325K base range based on experience w/ wRVU production incentives
Benefits:
- Sign-On Bonus: BOE
- Relocation Allowance: $12,000
- Student Stipend: $1500/month while in training.
- Malpractice Insurance: Covered by the hospital
- Health, Life, Disability Insurance: Comprehensive benefits
- CME Allowance: $3,000/year + $1,500 for dues/memberships/subscriptions
- PTO: 27 days (15 vacation, 5 CME, 7 holidays)
- Loan Forgiveness: Up to $48,000 over 3 years
  - Additional Federal loan forgiveness available
- Retirement Plan: 403(b) with a 4% match
