Employment Information Location: Newbury Park, CA Full & Part-Time: $20.60 / hour $10/month cell phone stipend Weekdays 7Am -4PM Health care benefits and PTO available if you transition to full time employment Discounts on Pet Insurance $500 Sign on Bonus Your Responsibilities Lead and support participants in health and wellness activities such as: Exercise classes with certified trainers Yoga sessions with certified instructors Cooking Classes focused on nutrition Health education and healthy eating habits Participate in community outings using company vans or public transportation Collaborate with participants on a personalized curriculum tailored to each participants’ goal - mindful of academics, socialization, and more Record keep progress of care plan Who We’re Looking For Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset Someone who is encouraging, able to guide, and support participants in a respectful manner A valid driver’s license CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified) Are You Passionate About Community Integration and Making a Meaningful Daily Impact?
