Job Title: Entry Level Refrigeration Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Refrigeration Technician to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn a high-demand trade while assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of transport refrigeration units. The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced technicians and participate in both on-the-job and classroom training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of transport refrigeration units.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices and techniques in the field.
- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
- Support internal business processes to ensure efficient operations within the team.
- Commit to obtaining relevant certifications and training as required for professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in refrigeration systems.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
