Clinical Director Wayside Residential Campus - Framingham Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year based on experience plus sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half after 1 year, pro-rated for part-time). Please note: This clinical position requires in-person presence and an independent license such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or related by contract. Role and responsibilities The Campus Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of several residential programs, a partial hospitalization treatment program, and a Chapter 766 special education school on Wayside’s Campus. Provide clinical training, supervision and consultation to the Campus Clinical Supervisors. Provide monthly training to Campus Clinicians to ensure best practices are met. Work closely with the medical team to facilitate clinical rounds on all acute cases and ensure clinical compliance standards by completing regular medical chart reviews. Provide on-call coverage in a rotation with Clinical Supervisors. Provide input and consultation to program staff. Coaching and skill building of clinical interventions. Conduct clinical trainings in program staff meetings. Oversee implementation of Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and other trainings on Campus. Member of Agency Clinical Quality Committee and Clinical Risk meetings. Communicate and facilitate with emergency screening teams and referral sources around crisis intervention. Coordinate with Billing Department to ensure accuracy with insurance authorizations and reviews. Oversee the graduate clinical intern program for the Campus. Competencies/Qualifications Strong communication, engagement, and leadership skills; able to connect with others and work respectfully at all levels. Creative clinical knowledge with experience with adolescents in trauma-informed care models. Strong writing skills evidenced by client documentation. Ability to mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback. Ability to assess and manage risk and crisis situations, including directing others in a crisis. Master’s degree and independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required). Minimum of 5 years of clinical managerial experience related to adolescent behavioral health.
