Registered Nurse Pre Op

Role Overview The Pre-Op Registered Nurse oversees and coordinates care for pre-surgical patients, serving as the primary leader in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure well-coordinated, age-appropriate care tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise patient care, including directing assistive personnel and maintaining accountability. Deliver holistic care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and educational needs. Collaborate with team members and may float to other units as competency allows. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license (Colorado or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications, graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), with at least one year of acute care experience.
