Elevator Modernization Sales Specialist
TK Elevator
TK Elevator is seeking a dedicated sales professional in Livonia, Michigan, to effectively bid on and secure modernization contracts. The role involves developing strong relationships with new and existing clients while ensuring profitability on NI/MOD projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of business-to-business sales experience, and strong relationship-building skills. Additionally, knowledge of Salesforce and architectural drawings is preferred.
