Ramp’s design leadership seeks a Director of Product Design to mentor a team of builders across our high-priority bets. You will own product vision and design direction, collaborating with product managers and engineers to translate customer needs into practical, delightful experiences.
You’ll foster a high‑standards, low‑ego environment, mentor designers, and help shape design in an AI‑native world. This in-person role at our NYC HQ requires being on site at least 3 days a week and building
