- Handleaccounts payableand general bookkeeping tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with product selection and sales
- Support sales and service operations by managing incoming and outgoing communications, orders, and scheduling
- Utilize SAGE (MAS 100) andMicrosoft Office programs for recordkeeping, invoicing, and customer management
- Maintain organized files and accurate records
- Assist with learning and understanding company products and services-especially seasonal products like fireworks
- Adapt to changing priorities and help where needed in day-to-day operations
- Commit to longer hours and Saturday availability during peak season (June-July)
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general office administration
- Strong customer service and sales support skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAGE (MAS 100) software is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and support diverse tasks, including product-specific training (fireworks knowledge provided)
- Availability to work extended hours and Saturdays during busy season
- Office environment with customer interaction
- High-volume, fast-paced setting during seasonal peaks
- Collaborative and supportive team environment
