Residential Living Assistant

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated Residential Living Assistant to support students in a structured, nurturing home environment. In this on-campus role, you will supervise and mentor children in grades pre-K–12, reinforcing positive behaviors, routines, and life skills. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, supporting academic and social development, ensuring safety, and responding to crises using established protocols. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and support staff to create an inclusive, caring community that reflects MHS’s commitment to diversity, personal growth, and holistic education.
