We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. • Guaranteed base compensation of $800 per day with unlimited earning potential.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000, depending on experience.

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice includes:

• DentaPro software.
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Fiber-optic handpieces.
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location).
• Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

We expect you to possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.
• Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
