Are you looking to break into the fitness and wellness industry but don’t want a "dead-end" gym job?

At Stretch Zone, we are looking for dedicated professionals for our Career Accelerator Track . This is a 12-month immersive program designed to take you from an entry-level practitioner to a high-earning industry leader. We don’t just hire employees; we develop Studio Managers and Regional Directors.

• Quarterly Leadership Training: Every three months, you will participate in exclusive management seminars led by our Leadership Team. You will learn the "business of wellness," including client retention, studio operations, and team leadership.
• National Accreditation: Become a Certified Stretch Practitioner through the only nationally accredited program in the country.
• Guaranteed Hours: A consistent, hour weekly schedule ensures a steady income and deep immersion in the field.
• The "Fast-Track" Promotion: Upon successful completion of your 12-month commitment, you are fast-tracked for Management or Lead Practitioner roles with increased compensation packages.

What You Will Do

• Expert Practitioner: Master the patented Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and increase athletic performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a "book of business," learning how to convert first-time guests into long-term wellness members.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in daily studio operations, learning the backend systems that make a wellness franchise successful.
• Professional Development: Apply quarterly leadership concepts to mentor newer staff and improve studio culture.

Qualifications

• Career-Oriented: You aren't just looking for a "gig"—you want a professional home for the next 12+ months.
• Educational Background: Background in fitness, wellness, health, or retail management is preferred, but we will train the right personality.
• Grit & Reliability: A commitment to working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.
• Coachability: A desire to receive feedback and grow through our quarterly leadership modules.
• Communication: High-level interpersonal skills; you should enjoy talking to people and helping them achieve their goals.

Evaluation & Growth Milestones

This program is structured around Professional Progression :

• Months 1-3: Technical Mastery & Certification.
• Months 4-6: Client Retention & Business Development focus.
• Months 7-12: Leadership Mentorship & Operational Training.
