DH Pace Company, Inc. in Champaign, Illinois, is seeking to hire Commercial Door Technicians & Commercial Door Installers for Automatic Entry Doors, Manual Entry Doors, Commercial Doors. We are hiring both Experienced Commercial Door Service Technicians/Installers and Trainees! This individual must be able to safely lift 100 lbs. overhead. A Valid Driver’s License is required with a good driving record. Job Responsibilities Install/Service commercial entry doors and door hardware or install/service commercial doors (sectional, rolling steel, high speed, etc.) Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware or commercial doors Operate in a safety conscious manner at all times Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Able to safely lift 100 pounds overhead Commercial door experience and welding experience preferred; however, we are willing to train! Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record Experience in construction, as a general laborer, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade is helpful; we are willing to train!
