We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Personal Training Manager / Member Experience Manager (MXM) to lead training revenue growth, deliver exceptional member experiences, and help build one of the strongest coaching cultures in the market.This is not an entry-level fitness position. We are looking for a proven fitness sales professional with a strong background in personal training sales, relationship building, accountability, and member retention.Our Floresville location is part of a growing multi-club ownership group that prioritizes leadership development, operational excellence, and career advancement.
