Director of Patient Services

Centers Assisted Living Program seeks a Director of Patient Services to lead resident care operations in a supportive, home-like setting. This role oversees care planning, medication oversight processes, and coordination of health services to ensure residents’ safety, dignity, and quality of life. The Director will supervise nursing and caregiving teams, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and support a culture of compassion and respect. Responsibilities include monitoring quality metrics, leading staff training, collaborating with families and providers, managing scheduling and documentation, and driving continuous improvement in person-centered care and service delivery.
