Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment) - (TX - Stafford)

Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our dumpling manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly and our facility remains in top shape. This role requires a blend of mechanical troubleshooting and general building upkeep.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers).Facilities Upkeep: Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general "handyman" tasks around the warehouse and office.Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime.Food Safety (GMP): Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards.
