As a Security Officer - Homeowner Verification in Boynton Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and vendors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify visitor authorization document arrivals and departures and help to deter unauthorized access to the property.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues through appropriate channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter locations as assigned noting and reporting unusual activity or property concerns.
• Communicate with residents property management and emergency responders regarding security-related matters visitor access deliveries and/or incidents requiring follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
