ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent since January 2014, and over the years our team has grown to seven employees plus myself, all working together to create a supportive, motivated, and enjoyable environment. I have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and I’m actively involved in nonprofit work through organizations like Good News Jail Ministry and Charis Pregnancy Center in Salt Lake City — causes that reflect my commitment to serving people both inside and outside the office.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Howell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
