What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-acuity neonatal intensive care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Manage complex cases and deliver evidence-based care for critically ill and premature newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric specialists
• Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage shifts with organized scheduling
• Support and supervise NICU resident rotations
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Communicate empathetically with families, promoting family-centered care
• Contribute to a high-functioning, collaborative clinical environment

What You Need:

• Valid medical license and certification as a Neonatologist (Board Certified or Eligible)
• Residency training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work within a high-acuity, collaborative environment
