You will receive guidance, mentorship and be part of a team.Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:1-3 years of experience.Construction defect experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytic skills.Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively.California Bar membership in good standing.Trial experience is a plus but not essential.Relevant litigation experience.Mediation and dispute resolution.Prior experience with community association law is a plus.Preparing pleadings, motions, written and expert discovery.Settlement agreements.Taking and defending depositions and written discovery.Schedule:Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
