Litigation Paralegal

A well-established law firm in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join its collaborative team. If you are highly organized, work well under pressure, and handle confidential information, this might be the perfect opportunity for you to work on complex litigation matters. What You’ll Do: Assist attorneys in litigating a variety of complex cases throughout Missouri and the federal system E-file in state and federal court Draft and edit legal documents Obtain, review, and summarize records Communicate with attorneys, clients, court systems, etc. Utilize legal software programs, such as Case Net, Lexis Nexis, and West Law Edge Qualifications: Associate's degree and 1+ year of legal experience preferred, but not required Experience with litigation preferred Experience with medical records beneficial Ability to handle caseloads from beginning to end What We Offer: Health insurance Profit sharing Paid state and federal holidays + paid leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
