Catering Server And/Or Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout events
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and timely service
• Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and service stations as required, load-in and load-outs from our commissary kitchen.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering, bartending, or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices (TABC Certificate Required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
