# Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; 5-6:1 patient ratio Highlights:

• Brand new unit within an established medical center
• 12-bed medical-surgical unit with general med-surg equipment
• Supportive staffing model with 1 Patient Care Technician available
• Documentation through Meditech EMR system
• Structured floating policy within facility medical-surgical units
• Professional dress code with navy scrubs provided

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license
• Medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Team-oriented and compassionate approach to patient care
• Commitment to maintaining 75% patient experience standards
• BLS certification required
