Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient. Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices. Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
