Support a growing specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy as a part-time pharmacist. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers 1-2 days per week, 8-hour shifts, working within pharmacy hours of 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. The position is based in DeBary, FL, and presents the chance to join a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient care and pharmaceutical compounding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and medication verification with precision
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a collaborative work environment
• Uphold professionalism and reliability in daily duties
• Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
• Contribute to the pharmacy’s growth through motivated and proactive efforts

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license is required
• Proven compounding experience, with knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred but not mandatory
• Eager and driven new graduates are encouraged to apply, with a strong desire to develop compounding skills

Additional Details:

• Compensation: $60 per hour
• Contract-to-hire arrangement with the possibility of permanent placement based on performance and mutual fit
