[Base in China] Senior Scientist, Discovery Research

Responsibilities: Research and propose target and indication selection, and lead project initiation Design, develop and optimize in vitro immune cell functional assays Develop and evaluate genetically engineered primary T cells Potential to supervise and lead a team of 1–2 research technicians Collaborate cross-functionally within internal multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating lead isolation, generation and screening activities Manage project progress and timelines, and provide regular updates toward specific project objectives Qualifications: Ph.D. in Immunology or Molecular Biology Strong hands‑on laboratory skills Experience with immune cell model systems, in vitro assay development and drug candidate validation Demonstrated initiative in troubleshooting experiments and developing new methods and techniques Proven interpersonal and communication skills; enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced environment of rigorous science and innovative thinking Highly organized and self‑driven in goal setting and execution Strong publication record or equivalent achievements in industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
