What We Offer:

• Flexible scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week)
• Full-time - 4 shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts)
• Part-time - 2-3 shifts per week (still 8-12 hour shifts)
• Immediate start dates & paid training

Total average earnings: $22 - $26/hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (required for commercial truck insurance)
• Possess a valid driver's license (no CDL required!)
• Have a clean driving history for 3 years (no points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
