Your primary responsibility will be to analyze production processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Further, you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams to resolve daily production issues and implement robust corrective actions. You will have a blend of time spent in the office as well as on the production floor.

Develop manufacturing routings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for new and existing products. Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics. Serve as the primary technical lead for the installation and startup of new equipment. Lead productivity improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. You will be familiar with the production floor, processes, and work on new equipment installation.

What makes you great: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering or Engineering Technology field required. 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial process environment required. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/projects in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. You should have demonstrated experience in analytical and data-driven process improvement, troubleshooting, and applying engineering principles on the plant floor. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, statistical analytical software (Minitab), and AutoCAD. Experience managing mid-size capital projects from design through execution.
