Job Description
Position: Groundskeeper 2 Department: Grounds Primary Responsibilities: • Seasonal mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, etc.
• Tree andplant demo / installation
• Mulching
• Hand watering of large landscapebeds, trees and sod areas
• Daily maintenance of annual flowerbeds
• Practicing safety daily with use of equipment and hand tools Normal Working Hours: • 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with exception of snow removal and specialprojects
• Saturday and Sunday work may vary Work Experience: • Prefer(notrequired) to have at least 2 years landscape experience
• Must be able tooperate mowing equipment such as but not limited to mowers, weed eaters,edger's, blowers, etc.
• Proven to have the will to take initiative anddemonstrate landscape competency daily Educational Requirements: • Musthave High School Diploma or GED Communication Skills: • Thoroughunderstanding of Forbes Five Star standards and service
• Self motivatingdaily which demonstrates the quality and efficiency expected bymanagement
