Caregiver / CNA – 12-Hour Night Shifts

2nd Family Home Care is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for consistent 12-hour NIGHT shifts (7 PM–7 AM) throughout Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding communities.

If you prefer overnight work and are looking for consistent hours, meaningful one-on-one care, and a team that supports you throughout your shift, we'd love to meet you.

At 2nd Family Home Care , our caregivers are a critical part of our care team. We provide the communication, support, and resources you need to confidently care for our clients — including during overnight hours.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs who:

Are dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
Are comfortable and alert working overnight hours
Are compassionate, patient, and respectful
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and our care team
Can assist clients safely with nighttime routines and needs
Take pride in providing attentive, high-quality care

Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus.

Basic Requirements

Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check
A genuine desire to help older adults
