Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Autumn Lake at Greenfield Milwaukee, WI $35–$40/hour We are looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in improving independence and everyday functional skills. Work alongside a licensed Occupational Therapist as part of a supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional activities Follow individualized treatment plans and monitor resident response Communicate progress and relevant changes to the supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to support resident goals Qualifications Active Wisconsin COTA license required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred Flexible scheduling Competitive PRN rate Team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
