- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience, specifically within cybersecurity/information security
- Experience leading or managing a cybersecurity team
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent cybersecurity certification (multiple certifications preferred)
- Strong background in cybersecurity operations, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence
- Experience running cybersecurity programs, assessments, and security initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to be a strategic thinker and forward-looking security leader
- Must be a strong culture fit: humble, hungry, and people-smart.
